Please note: each Additional Buyer Badge is nominative and exclusively reserved for senior decision-makers and not junior representatives. It cannot be transferred to another person during the show hours.

Now, the fine print…

To attend L.E/Miami 2024, you must arrive in Miami no later than noon Monday 10 June 2024 and depart no earlier than Friday 14 June 2024. Please note that we are not offering a flight credit to attend. 

By submitting this form, you are agreeing to participate in L.E/Miami 2024 and will therefore be bound by our Terms & Conditions and the Cancellation Policy detailed below, should your application be accepted.

Cancellation 101 days (inclusive) prior to the start date of the show: no cancellation fee.

Cancellation between 100 days and 45 days (inclusive) prior to the start date of the show: GBP £500 cancellation fee.

Cancellation between 44 days and 15 days (inclusive) prior to the start date of the show: GBP £750 cancellation fee.

Cancellation 14 days prior to the start date of the show and if NO SHOW: GBP £1000 cancellation fee.

Should your application be successful, this form will be automatically converted to an RSVP for our 2024 edition. Should you submit an application and then decline attendance upon acceptance, it might result in a £250 administrative fee.
