Taking place on Tuesday 11 November, The Pregame is the ultimate warm-up for the main event. It’s reserved for just 100 entertainment bookers and suppliers – the most productive way to make intimate connections pre-SET, and continue the conversation all week long.

Spots are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Once you’ve registered, a team member will reach out to confirm your participation in The Pregame.

READ ME: You’re part of SET’s hosted buyer programme – so we’ll cover your accommodation for SET for either:
- 2 nights (12th-14th November) if coming from North America or
- 3 nights (11th-14th November) if you’re joining us from the rest of the world.

In order to attend SET: The Pregame, you may need to purchase an additional night at one of our partner hotels, depending on your arrival date in New Orleans.

Please provide 3 industry references from entertainment travel suppliers that you have recently worked with. Please include suppliers you have confirmed or are confirming bookings with for 2025.

Alternatively, please provide references of suppliers that you worked with in 2024.

We know you have a hectic schedule – so why not divide and conquer by bringing a colleague to SET? For £1,499, you can bring an additional member of your team to the show, so you can tag-team meetings and keep up with your clients' demands during appointment hours*.

Please note that each badge is nominative and exclusively reserved for senior decision-makers only (not junior representatives.) It cannot be transferred to another person during SET.

Add an Additional Delegate Badge to your registration for £1,499**.

**Please note that State and Local Sales Tax @10% will be levied on the service.

• Cancellation 101 days (inclusive) prior to the start date of the show: No cancellation fee
• Cancellation between 100 days and 45 days (inclusive) prior to the start date of the show: GBP £500 cancellation fee
• Cancellation between 44 days and 15 days (inclusive) prior to the start date of the show: GBP £750 cancellation fee
• Cancellation 14 days prior to the start date of the show and if NO SHOW: GBP £1,000 cancellation fee
