We’re on the hunt for exceptional travel designers from emerging and established markets who stand apart from the crowd, creating tailor made itineraries that showcase the unique stories coming out of Africa and connect global travellers to inspiring, bold and unexpected experiences.

 

If you are passionate about Africa, focus on sending your clients to the magical continent and think you’ve got what it takes to join our 2025 tribe, we want to hear from you! Please complete the following application form for the 10th edition of We Are Africa 2025 (Cape Town 5-9 May 2025). Completion of this form does not guarantee your place at We Are Africa, but will enable us to follow up with you to discuss your application. Should your application be successful, this form will become your contract as per the We Are Africa Terms and Conditions.

 As we continue to invest more in the future of the We Are Africa Tribe and the African travel industry as a whole, we ask our qualified buyers to play a part in this vision by contributing a small annual commitment fee of £249. A portion of this contribution will go to our charity partner Uthando. For further information regarding projects which you supported in 2024, please view the 2024 Uthando report.

REFERENCES & MOTIVATION

Only buyers who already produce a large amount of business for high-end African travel suppliers will be considered for We Are Africa 2025.

CONTRACT AGREEMENT

If your application is successful, the buyer commitment fee of £249 (of which a portion will go to our charity partner, Uthando), will need to be paid upon receipt of confirmation from application, this is a non refundable fee and the buyer will only be fully confirmed on to the buyer programme upon confirmation of this fee being paid.  You will be hosted in Cape Town, however as per the Terms and Conditions, return flights and transfers to Cape Town are at all Buyers own costs.

 

IF YOUR ATTENDANCE AT WE ARE AFRICA 2025 IS CONFIRMED, THIS FORM SHALL BECOME YOUR CONTRACT TO ATTEND WITH THE NECESSARY TERMS & CONDITIONS IN PLACE.

 

The fee consists of a £249 Buyer Commitment Fee to We Are Africa, plus a £8 credit card transaction fee. 

 

By submitting this form you are agreeing to participate in We Are Africa 2025 and are therefore bound by these Terms and Conditions, including the cancellation policy. 

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

I hereby confirm that by completing this We Are Africa Registration Form I certify that I have read, understood, and agree to all the Terms & Conditions. I acknowledge and agree that if I receive an email confirmation of inclusion onto the Hosted Buyer Programme for We Are Africa 2025, that this form will constitute a contract to attend with the same Terms & Conditions applying.

 

If, upon initial confirmation on to the programme, the buyer decides to cancel their participation, an admin fee of £250 will be charged.
