The four-day event will be at the iconic Sundance Mountain Resort from 5 - 9 October 2026 and will welcome a cross-section of We Are Africa exhibitors stateside to showcase their product and impart invaluable destination knowledge to a select group of North American buyers looking to expand their business in Africa. Do you have a proven track record of creating incredible trips, a little black book brimming with high-net-worth clients and the desire to learn more about the continent? Then we want to hear from you.

This form should take about 10 minutes to complete and includes three steps:

1.Complete the following application form by creating a new We Are Africa, North America 2026 account. 

2.Share details about you and your business to build a company profile - this will be visible to We Are Africa, North America exhibitors once you have been approved.

3.Submit your application. Completion of this form does not guarantee your place at We Are Africa, North America, but will enable us to follow up with you to discuss your application. 

 

Should your application be successful, you are committing to participate in We Are Africa, North America 2026 as per our terms and conditions and this will become your contract.

TERMS & PRIVACY POLICY

 

If your application is successful, the buyer commitment fee of £899, excluding 3.25% credit card transaction fee, will need to be paid upon receipt of confirmation from application. This is a non refundable fee and the buyer will only be fully confirmed on to the buyer programme upon confirmation of this fee being paid. You will be hosted at Sundance Mountain Resort, however as per the Terms & Conditions, return flights and transfers to and from Salt Lake City are for the Buyers' own expense.

Buyer Commitment Fee Acknowledgement:

I agree to pay the £899 buyer commitment fee, in order to confirm my place on the hosted buyer programme.

 

 

Terms and Conditions Acknowledgement:

By submitting this form, you agree to participate in We Are Africa, North America 2026 under the Terms & Conditions outlined in your contract, including our cancellation policy.
